WeddingSutra – Akshat and Devika Destination Wedding, Genting Dream Cruise – Singapore – Malaysia – Thailand

After dating for a little over three years, the duo – Akshat and Devika – decided to tie the knot at one of the most offbeat destinations for a wedding – a cruise liner! They wanted to do something unique for their special day. With Foreign Wedding Planners, they explored options available in more than 13 countries and finally decided on one of the largest cruise liners – the Genting Dream Cruise as their wedding venue. The family hosted four-days of wedding celebrations for 220 guests as the ship cruised between Singapore-Malaysia-Thailand.

Talking about their experience of working with Foreign Wedding Planners (FWP), the groom’s brother shared, “Akshat’s wedding took place on Genting Dream Cruise Singapore in beginning of the year 2019. FWP team did a great job in designing, managing and organizing this grand affair with 220 guests on-board. Cruise weddings are a very new and novel concept, and hosting a big fat Punjabi wedding in such a setting posed many challenges. We were able to overcome all of them with the constant support of team FWP.”
