In India, they have steadily grown for intimate weddings at stunning locales like Shimla, Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Mahabalipuram, Kerala, Bhutan etc apart from Delhi/NCR region too. A brain-child of Ms. Neha Mehrotra Suri, FWP was formed 15 years ago from the vicinity of her house. In the short span of time, they had clients from all over the world and built an impressive portfolio for their company. While Decor & Coordination is what is their main forte, they take care of all arrangements from getting the Indian pandit to the holy fire & ceremony, from the traditional mandaps setups to the stylish black-tie dinners, the entry of the groom to the palki of the bride, the wedding cake to the entertainers, everything is taken care of by Neha and her dedicated team who carefully conceptualize, plan and execute every detail of each event. In terms of services, they do not have any restrictions and sky’s the limit, as they love taking up newer challenges always.

Meet Neha

I’m Neha Mehrotra Suri, a die-hard romantic, a quintessential Sagittarian, & a happy optimist in general.

An enviable advantage of being an Army kid gave me immense exposure to diverse cultures and made me capable of adapting to any situation. By my early twenties, I had dabbled my hand at Events, Interior Designing, Visual merchandising and even Sales and Marketing for media giants. I finally accepted that nothing fulfilled me more than anything related to creative arts.

15 years ago, I discovered what the calling was for – Events. Designing, planning and styling them was the happiest space for me! My formal training in Interior Designing, a MBA and substantial Media Sales experience helped me to a large extent. I fell in love with land-of-smiles Thailand long ago & the idea of destination weddings magnified my passion by several manifolds and hence began Foreign Wedding Planners in 2008. It has not been easy without any formal training under a reputed company, so you can say I have learnt all on the field! Even now I learn something new with every client and each project.

I get goose-bumps executing every wedding even now. My ideas and designs quite literally emanate from within me, so much so that I even dream about them! The pleasure of getting a so-in-love couple see their dream day, a notch higher than their own emancipation is my focus throughout. I don’t want to be just-another planner and hence, reach out to my clients beyond professional boundaries as a confidant and a friend.

I connect on more informal mediums (other than random emails and calls) like Whatsapp, Skype, Facebook, Messenger, etc. My clients are mostly NRIs so I am well adjusted to working as per different time zones.

My simple ideology is to have each of my bride and groom as a friend for life, as they happily remember me each time they recall their vows. Each step with FWP firmly believes – “Dream Events are not by chance; they are planned by us!”
